1、启动ie浏览器，点击设置，选择internet选项。
3、确定，关闭internet选项对话框；桌面空白处右击，选择个性化，点击窗口颜色。
5、选择窗口项目，颜色设置为黑色，注意将下方文本颜色设置为其它颜色，确定即可。
