干胡萝卜丝小炒
原料:干胡萝卜丝香菇 青蒜 千张(也叫豆腐皮)
调料:盐鸡精
做法:
1.干胡萝卜丝和香菇提前浸泡好;
2.青蒜切成小断,千张和香菇切成丝;
3.热锅冷油放入浸泡好的胡萝卜丝煸炒;
4.放入香菇丝和千张丝大火继续煸炒,中途可以边点水边翻炒,点水就是加一点点水,切不可多加;
5.加盐和鸡精(或者省略)调味撒上青蒜再翻炒片刻即可出锅。

干胡萝卜丝和干香菇一样,味道奇香无比,这么一道小炒真的是下饭的好菜!我就是百吃不厌,哪怕就这么一盘菜我也够了!
